袁文,1984年毕业于上海第二军医大学军医系,现任上海第二军医大学附属长征医院骨科医院院长兼脊柱外科主任、教授、主任医师,博士生导师,上海市政协委员,享受国务院政府特殊津贴及军队优秀专业技术人才一类岗位津贴。

作为我国脊柱外科领域最富盛名的专家之一,袁文教授在三十余年的临床工作中形成了以脊柱外科为专业方向,颈椎外科为主功目标的专业特色:

一、针对“多节段颈椎病”前路手术易发生“植骨不融合”的重大难题,首创“保留椎体后壁的椎体次全切除减压术”及“分段式颈椎前路减压术”,将“多节段颈椎病”前路植骨融合率由文献报道的50%~70%提高至98.3%,有效提高了颈椎融合率。

二、针对“交感型颈椎病”发病机制关键问题,开展深入研究,首次提出“交感型颈椎病”发病机制新理论,确立了“交感型颈椎病”的分型,为“交感型颈椎病”的外科治疗奠定基础,取得良好的手术疗效。

三、国内最早进行颈椎损伤基础与临床研究,在处理大量颈椎损伤病例基础上,总结了颈椎损伤救治经验,使严重颈脊髓损伤的死亡率由11.7%降至6.2%,达到国际先进水平。
